Bathroom Redo

My master bath was in much need of an update. We had just put hardwood in the bedroom and now I had finally gotten all the estimates for the bathroom and it was a go!! One reason that I was so tired of it, the floor had those small 6 inch square white tiles. Some of them had started to crack and they were really hard to keep clean...

The cabinets were white and we had a big mirror, unframed, on the top. We do have two almost identical sinks and cabinets across the room from each other... so what happened to one, happened to the other... We added about 2 inches to the cabinets to make them a bit taller for us.., replaced the old gold light fixtures, new faucets and new granite counter tops. We put the old mirrors back over the sinks but trimmed them with molding, using the same dark stain color as the cabinets below.

It was quite the process, as you well know, the sawdust, the inconvenience of not using any of the bathroom for several weeks... but we love it now. We went with neutral tiles for the floor and placed them on the diagonal for the front of the tub. We chose the seamless doors for the shower...

Now..... bathroom project done,....  hmmm.... what to do next?!!!

Have a great week,
Love,

  1. Your after looks 100% amazing! It holds such perfect balance in color between the marble and the wood color design. Would love to see more!
