The world is a better place with Cheerios

This was my first Monday with Heston since he has found Cheerios. Life is certainly a little better for all since this discovery!! He is perfectly content to sit in his chair and munch on these little circles for as long as they appear in front of him. Bella has caught on to the routine. If she circles around under his chair, she is almost guaranteed to have some treats herself as the cheerios fall to the ground. Bianca could care less. Her sleep is much more important to her than to wait for a few morsels of cheerios to fall her way. So, life is good, once again, as we enter each new chapter of Heston`s growing up. Being a grandmother is definitely the best job God has given me in this later chapter of my life. I can enjoy being with Heston, loving on him, giving him kisses, taking him to the mall, rocking him to sleep, playing peek-a-boo with him, laughing with him, feeding him and telling him that I love him. I did all these things the first time around with my own children but the difference is, after the day is done, I get to go home and sleep and look forward to next time!!!
